What are the Requirements for Creating a Flow Study Account?
The following are required for creating a new account:
You must be an ACTIVE Flow customer.
1. A valid email address (not previously used for FlowStudy)
2. Basic personal details; Full name and Telephone number.
3. Password (must be between 6 and 16 characters long)
4. Flow Customer Information (Account Number, Last Bill Amount) Needed for validation
If you are uncertain of your last bill amount, you may access the information via FlowID.co
